# Troubleshooting

## Windows Versions:

## MAKE SURE LOADER IS NAMED (<mark style="color:$danger;">Aqua.exe</mark>)

### BSOD (blue screen / black screen of death)

These are can be caused by the following:\
\- CPU Virtualisation is not enabled in BIOS\
\- Hyper-V is enabled\
\- You are running a custom (3rd party) Windows OS\
\- Your CPU does not support CPU Virtualisation

#### Error when clicking Load Driver? <a href="#issue-2-no-hardware-virtualization-capabilities-found.-hardware-virtualization-is-currently-disabled" id="issue-2-no-hardware-virtualization-capabilities-found.-hardware-virtualization-is-currently-disabled"></a>

* In order to fix this issue, please head up inside BIOS and enable VTx / VTd (Intel) or SVM (AMD)
* Restart PC

### Further Issues (loading driver)
